There are some days you just need to vent…here is the place.
Whether it be a co-worker that got your “panties in a bunch” or you hate the new policy or technology that was put into place, it is ok to “get it off your chest”.
There are many institutions that encourage debriefing after traumatic incidents, codes and intense situations, but what about some less intense things that might be a big deal for the individual?

Venting, sharing experiences both negative and positive are great for not only decompressing but for others to learn as well and become stronger medical professionals.
